Are pies the new super food?

I have spent the last 30 minutes listening to my colleague extol the virtues of the humble meat pie.

He believes that a person could live a completely balanced lifestyle eating only pies.

Further discussions brought us to the idea of :

The 5-a-day pie

The pie that is a complete meal that contains all your daily dietary requirements (if you eat them for every meal).

– Vegetables (onions, tomato sauce)
– Meat 
(there is no vegetarian option currently available as “vegetarians are weak and need to be weeded out of the gene pool ” – quote from the founder of the 5-a-day pie option)
– Grain
– Fats

There may need to be some research into the best recipe for the pie, and how to incorporate the required 5 servings of vegetables into the recipe without arousing the suspicion of the creator or end user.

Please feel free to forward any ideas for recipes – he will need all the help he can get.

This idea comes from the same person who hates 3.15 as he can’t read the date on his watch.
“It takes about 25 minutes to be able to see the date – it’s not good enough!!!”
