Peanut butter rice bubble fudge slice

The approximate Australian version of peanut butter fudge crunch bars.

I converted/guessed the amounts and my icing sugar was a little lumpy.
Used baking paper instead of foil, used rice bubbles instead of rice krispies.

But they definitely passed the taste test.

  1. They look scrumptious! I bet the rice bubbles give it an extra nice crunch. Too, they add some fun to the name. Who wouldn’t want Peanut Butter Rice Bubble Fudge? ; )
