Staying well away from the W word (planning is going well) I am going to share a recipe I made this week.
I haven’t baked in a while, being too lazy to clean up afterwards, but I came across a recipe for sugar free banana bread and I couldn’t resist.
It’s actually sugar free, oil free, vegan (I went the non-vegan option) and fairly tasty.
I also didn’t have a loaf tin so I ended up making banana bread muffins.
Fantastic with a thick coating of butter. (Can’t be too healthy!)
